Vatsal Pharmacy, located at Vatsal Superspeciality Hospital, which is operated and managed by EUDORAMED HEALTHCARE AND RESEARCH PRIVATE LIMITED, provides pharmacy and pharmaceutical services.

Transaction Fee Policy

Transaction Fees: Any transaction fees charged in connection with a payment made through the website or payment gateway shall be strictly non-refundable and non-reversible under any circumstances. Such transaction fees shall not be refunded or reversed in the event of a refund, cancellation, reversal, chargeback, failed or disputed transaction or for any other reason.

Responsibility for Transaction Fees: Any transaction fees applicable to a payment shall be borne by the cardholder/customer for each individual payment transaction. The cardholder/customer shall be responsible for payment of such charges in addition to the applicable amount payable for the service or transaction.

Refund Processing for Underlying Services: In the event that a refund is approved for the underlying medical service, appointment, or transaction, the refund amount will be processed in accordance with the applicable cancellation and refund terms. However, the payment gateway transaction fee will not be included in the refund amount under any circumstances.
